Please Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions for your return.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Information

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of living plants and perishable gardening products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bulbs (once planted or opened)
  • Feeds & Soil Enrichers (opened containers)
  • Plants that show signs of improper care or damage after delivery
  • Personalized or custom ordered items

If you receive any of these items in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for different varieties or sizes, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
