We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to inspect your plants and gardening products upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Gardening Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions for your return.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form below.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Once we process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of living plants and perishable gardening products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bulbs (once planted or opened)
  • Feeds & Soil Enrichers (opened containers)
  • Plants that show signs of improper care or damage after delivery
  • Personalized or custom ordered items

If you receive any of these items in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

Exchange Policy
