Yellow-berried Holly
A slow-growing evergreen tree, well known for its spiky leaves and berries. Holly is tough, and robust enough to handle the harshest of environments from dark valleys to extreme coastal locations- though it thrives best with the protection of other trees around it. Berries only come on female plants and do need a pollinator to ensure fruit, so be sure to plant a male cultivar to increase the chances of Ilex aquifolium Bacciflava bearing fruit.
